On Friday I had a dream about a wise Aboriginal man. He asked me questions until he was sure that I was a friend of nature, and not an enemy. Eventually he said:
"You would not mine the earth for money."
Then he let me follow him around, and he was making things grow with his stick. He pointed it at them and drew them up out of the ground really quickly..

Then in the morning I went to the Flinders Art Museum (South Australia) and bought an amazing shell and seed necklace by Sheila Watson via MANINGRIDA Arts & Culture
The SAMSTAG Museum held a lecture/workshop by Yvonne Koolmatrie, who's 'Eel Traps' installation is currently showing! I learnt the basic weaving stitch and preparation of rushes..!

I can't stop thinking about pink lemonade, but the little cafe that I used to get it at has closed!
So. I have been investigating homemade recipes, and thinking that I could maybe have pink lemonade at our wedding... ! I've even found the perfect straws........... (the red ones)

plus, they're biodegradable!

I love this!..
-->Lace Fence by Dutch Design House Demakersvan..
"Fencing is a sign how we modified and cultivated our environment. Like brambles fences are rising rampantly around us. What would happen if a patch of embroided wire would meet with and continue as an industrial fence. Hostility versus kindness, industrial versus craft. "
